BESKIKBAARHEID VAN GIDS
Die Gids is by die Sekretaris beskikbaar in gedrukte en elektroniese formaat en ook in die Staatskoerant gepubliseer.
PROSEDURE EN GELDE
Vorm van versoek:
Die versoeker moet die voorgeskrewe vorm gebruik om toegang tot 'n rekord te bekom. Die aansoek moet aan die Sekretaris gerig word.by die posadres, straatadres, faksnommer of e-pos adres soos hierbo uiteengesit.
Die versoeker moet genoeg inligting op die versoekvorm gee om die Sekretaris in staat te stel om om die rekord en die aansoeker te identifiseer en aandui welke soort toegang versoek word. Die Aansoeker moet ook aandui watter metode gebruik moet word om hom/haar van die uitslag in kennis te stel en genoegsame inligting gee sodat hy/sy so gekontak kan word.
Die versoeker moet die reg wat hy/sy wil afdwing of beskerm identifiseer en aandui om welke rede die betrokke rekord benodig word om die betrokke reg te beskerm of af te dwing.
Indien die versoek namens 'n ander persoon gemaak word, moet die Aansoeker bewys van die hoedanigheid waarin hy/sy optree tot bevrediging van die Sekretaris voorlę.
Fooie:
'n Versoeker wat toegang tot 'n rekord verlang wat persoonlike inligting van die Versoeker bevat, het nie nodig om die versoekfooi te betaal nie. Alle ander Versoekers moet die fooi betaal.
Die Versoeker (behalwe 'n persoonlike Versoeker) moet verwittig word indien die fooi, tans R50,00, betaalbaar is voordat die versoek verder geprosesseer word.
Die Versoeker mag 'n hofaansoek bring teen die heffing van die fooi.
Die Aansoeker moet, in die vereiste vorm, van die uitslag van die aansoek in kennis gestel word. Indien die aansoek toegestaan is, mag 'n verdere toegangsfooi verlang word vir die soek, voorbereiding, reproduksie en tyd wat die voorgeskrewe tyd te bowe gegaan het om die rekord op te spoor en vir openbaarmaking voor te berei.
BESKIKBARE REKORDS
Die aangehegte Opgawe bevat 'n opsomming van die rekords wat deur die Groep gehou word. Daar is geen beskrywing van dokumente wat vryelik beskikbaar is in terme van Artikel 52 by die Minister ingedien nie.

Die Minister het nie Regulasies in hierdie verband uitgereik nie.
