GWK Coporate Marketing is the link between the GWK group and its respective target markets. The business continously strives to create an interactive experience of our company which connects people to GWK and its businesses.
The company’s corporate marketing arm comprises of four business units. The business units for Group Marketing, Corporate Media, Corporate Customer Service and Corporate Relations are responsible for the positioning, marketing and promotion of the group’s brands, as well as the relationship between the company and its various stakeholders.
The Group Marketing Business unit’s responsibility includes all corporate advertising and publicity for the group, which also includes GWK’s involvement in promotions and other events in the areas where the GWK group does business. The business unit for Group Marketing also manages the company’s social responsibility projects, which includes a strong focus on reinvestment in the communities where GWK’s shareholders operate their agricultural businesess.
The Corporate Media team is responsible for GWK’s montly magazine Kommuniek, all other publications within GWK, GWK’s website, the company’s involvement in social media and other electronic communication on behalf of GWK’s group of businesses.
The business unit for Corporate Client Service is responsible to ensure excellent client service throughout GWK’s businesses, while the Coporate Relations business unit looks after the GWK group’s relationships with various stakeholders, including government, the business sector, the media and the community.
The main purpose of GWK’s corporate marketing arm and its respective business units is to share the company’s values, passion, expertise and ongoing contribution to food supply from South Arica to the rest of the world in an inclusive manner with people. In this way a sustainable relationship between the company and al its stakeholders, including the general public, is promoted.
